Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. All definitions apply equally to singular and plural forms, and to all grammatical variants of the defined term.

References to any statute, regulation, or legal provision shall be construed as references to that statute, regulation, or provision as amended or re-enacted from time to time. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dbt111 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature or service provided by dbt111, you confirm unconditionally that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand every provision, and that you agree to be legally bound by them as a contract between yourself and dbt111.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of any terms, rules, or agreements previously published by dbt111. Any player who registered an account before the effective date is equally bound by these updated Terms & Conditions from the effective date onward. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

dbt111 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or by a prominent notice posted on the platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be implemented without notice. If a player objects to any amendment, their sole remedy is to close their account prior to the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency, the English text shall be the authoritative version. Players who are not comfortable reading legal documents in English are encouraged to seek independent advice before registering an account.

Section 3

Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on dbt111, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not located in or accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory;
• You have not previously had a dbt111 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity;
• You are not a current or former employee of dbt111, nor an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your location;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — whether initiated by yourself on dbt111 or applied by any recognised self-exclusion programme.

3.2 Registration Process

When registering an account on dbt111, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The registration form requires at minimum a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and confirmation that you meet the age eligibility requirement. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, complete, and not misleading.

dbt111 maintains a strict one-account-per-person policy. You may hold only one registered account on the platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, dbt111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals held therein.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

Before any withdrawal can be processed, and in certain other circumstances at dbt111's discretion, players are required to complete the KYC identity verification process. This requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) showing your full name and date of birth;
• A valid Bangladeshi passport (for players who do not hold an NID);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad account statement confirming your address (where address verification is required);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document (where enhanced verification is required).

Documents submitted for KYC purposes must be valid, unaltered, and unobstructed. Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a criminal matter and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities. dbt111 processes KYC submissions within one to three business days during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) working hours.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. dbt111 will never ask for your password under any circumstances, including via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you notify dbt111 in writing at [email protected] that your account security has been compromised.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact dbt111 support immediately. dbt111 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their login credentials.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dbt111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits made to a dbt111 account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. dbt111 reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to place the relevant account under review pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in Bangladeshi Taka. No conversion fee is applied by dbt111. Processing times depend on the payment method selected; bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within seconds of confirmation from the mobile financial service provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account, and only to an account registered in the player's own name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensures that funds are returned via the same channel through which they were deposited, up to the deposited amount. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered on the player's account.

Withdrawals will not be processed until the player's KYC verification is complete. dbt111 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process. Withdrawal requests are processed during BST working hours; requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing on the next available business day.

dbt111 does not charge players a withdrawal processing fee. Any fees levied by the receiving financial institution (bank, MFS provider) are outside dbt111's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations

dbt111 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Deposits made to dbt111 must represent funds derived from legitimate, legal sources. dbt111 reserves the right to freeze an account, suspend withdrawals, and request source-of-funds documentation from any player whose account activity raises AML concerns. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds evidence within the requested timeframe may result in account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

dbt111 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by dbt111 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories are set out in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for any dbt111 bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering on restricted game categories (typically live casino table games, baccarat, roulette, and certain high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting the wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements;
• Bonuses are awarded at dbt111's sole discretion and dbt111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account;
• If dbt111 determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing hedging bets, or participating in bonus abuse syndicates — all bonus funds and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be closed;
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds not utilised within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically;
• dbt111 reserves the right to amend the terms of a promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where the amendment is materially detrimental to participating players.

5.3 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

dbt111 periodically runs promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including events around Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Durga Puja, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). These seasonal promotions are subject to availability and are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page of the platform at the time of the event.

Section 6

Game Rules and Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on dbt111 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash titles — are governed by the rules set by the respective software provider. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By launching and playing any game on dbt111, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. dbt111 is not responsible for any misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a malfunction of any casino game — including software errors, disconnection, or server failure — all affected game rounds will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. dbt111's decision regarding the outcome of a malfunctioned round is final.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on dbt111 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Key general rules include:

• Bets must be placed before the market is closed, which is typically at the start of the event for pre-match markets and in real time for in-play markets;
• In-play cricket betting markets — including ball-by-ball markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the live score data sourced by dbt111's odds provider;
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold defined in the market rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned;
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings in excess of the published maximum payout will be reduced to the maximum payout amount;
• dbt111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds — including odds resulting from human error, technical error, or manifest mispricing — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6.3 Responsible Betting

Placing a bet on dbt111 is a decision that carries financial risk. dbt111 strongly recommends that players set personal deposit and loss limits before commencing any betting or gaming session. Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbt111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; fabrication of identity documents;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage schemes, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonus terms without genuine gameplay risk;
• Money laundering: Using the dbt111 platform as a vehicle to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer environments where player interaction is a game mechanic;
• Cheating software: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the dbt111 platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access, deposit into, or wager from your dbt111 account;
• Underage gambling: Any attempt to register or play on dbt111 while under the age of 18, or assisting an underage person in doing so;
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or harassing language toward dbt111 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your dbt111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your most recently used verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — rather than simply withdrawing their balance — should request a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by dbt111

dbt111 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• Account inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, or wager for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. An inactivity notice will be sent to the registered email address thirty (30) days before any inactivity-related action is taken on the account;
• Instruction from a regulatory body, financial institution, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by dbt111 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, dbt111 is not obligated to refund any balance held in the account pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation concludes that the balance represents legitimately wagered player funds unconnected to the breach, dbt111 will return those funds to the player's verified payment method.

8.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months is classified as dormant. dbt111 will send a notice to the registered email address at least thirty (30) days in advance of any dormancy action. If no response or login is received within the notice period, the account may be archived. Any real-money balance held in a dormant account remains the property of the player and will be returned upon identity-verified request to [email protected].
